Give the pipette a good squeeze until there is about 1ml of extract in it and then take that directly on or under your tongue in the mornings. You can repeat later in the day if needed.
 
How is this product made?
Creating a broad-spectrum dual extraction of Reishi mushrooms involves both water and alcohol extraction methods to capture the full range of beneficial compounds. This method ensures a potent and comprehensive extract that combines the advantages of both extraction techniques.
 
We grow and dry all our own Reishi on our farm just outside Margate, before putting them through the extraction process.
 
The final product contains approx 25% alcohol.
 
Suggested dose – take one or two millilitres as required as an immune boost, or multiple times a day if fighting a virus.
 
Once opened, store in a cool, dry place.
